Shipping Policy

It is important to us at Wedding Giftline that our customers receive the products they have purchased in the best condition, and on time. In order to deliver your products as quickly as possible, we use a large network of couriers.

• The products we make are custom-made with your details or pictures printed or engraved. Making custom products takes 3 to 5 working days ( excluding saturday and sunday ) and then 5-7 days for transit time. These are not ready to ship products, they are personalized and made to order. It takes time so place your orders accordingly.

• Shipping is free on all products, subject to a minimum order value. All orders under Rs. 700 will be charged a shipping fee of Rs. 100/-

• In the event of cancellation before designing the product or loss in transit, the full amount of the order will be refunded.

• We ship and deliver products PAN India through our courier partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post & Bluedart. We ship all orders via surface transport.
