Order Cancellation
It is possible to cancel an order as long as it has not been approved or before it has been shipped. Depending on how much work an artist has completed for your order, standard artist charges would apply.
Refund
Since, our products are personalized and made to order for each customer, refund is only allowed if you don’t confirm the order. No refund can be granted if you confirmed the order and the product has been made and out for shipping.
Replacement Policy
Please contact our team immediately if you receive a damaged product during delivery. We will send a replacement for the said product.
